Arrive Early
New Clients: come 10 minutes early to fill out a health history form.
Returning Clients: come 5-10 minutes before your appointed massage time to have a brief chat about goals for the session.
Payment will be done before your massage. Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted. I do not take insurance or do insurance claims.
Rebooking can be done online at your convenience.
After the massage, I will leave the room and you can dress and leave through the private office door. I schedule time in between each session to prepare and create a peaceful and sanitized space for the person whose massage follows yours.
Masking, Is not required. I have masks available if you want one.
I have added a 5-inch fresh air duct with a 6-inch exhaust fan to the room to keep a good airflow, exchanging 240 cubic feet per minute of fresh air. I bleach all surfaces between clients.
If you are sick or coming down with something or exposed to covid please reschedule.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
I understand life happens and unforeseen things can happen in your life without notice. If you have an emergency the cancellation fee can be waved at my discretion. If I am not notified before your appointment you will considered a no show and will be charged for your missed appointment.
12-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This gives me the time to fill the open time slot, if I do not have the notice I cannot fill the slot and you will be charged a fee. If a pattern of reoccurring short notice cancellations happens, I will charge full price.
No-shows
Anyone who does not come to their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full session price.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will end at the same time it would have ended if you had been on time. Late arrivals cannot interfere with the next client’s scheduled appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late without previous contact with me, you are considered a no show.
